The Plumb Line

The plumb line measures truth.

Iron sharpens iron. Authority is built, not given.

It doesn’t negotiate. It doesn’t bend to opinion or circumstance. It simply reveals whether something is aligned with the standard — or out of plumb. That’s what Godly leadership does. It measures every decision, every relationship, and every area of influence against the only standard that matters.

“Behold, I am setting a plumb line in the midst of my people […]; I will never again pass by them.” — Amos 7:8 (ESV)

The standard

The world doesn’t need more managers. It needs men who lead.

The Plumb Line equips men of God to lead themselves, their families, their churches, their workplaces, and their communities with the kind of Godly authority that sets a generational standard — impacting employees, customers, and markets for the Kingdom.

The Plumb Line exists to help men find that alignment — and hold it, no matter what life throws at them.

Who it’s for

For the man who feels the weight of his influence.

Men who feel the weight of their influence and want to carry it well. Men who lead — or are called to lead — in their homes, their churches, and their communities, and who know that leadership without a Godly foundation eventually crumbles.

Men who want to be the kind of leader that other men point to and say: that’s the standard.

Mission statement

Godly leadership, in every sphere of a man’s life.

The Plumb Line exists to make Godly leadership the standard in every sphere of a man’s life. We believe:

01

Himself

A man who leads himself well — with integrity, conviction, and faith — will lead his family well. The standard starts in the man himself: how he keeps his word, governs his appetites, and answers to God before he answers to anyone else. He cannot give away what he does not have.

02

His family

A man who leads his family well will lead his church well. The home is where the standard is proven first, in front of the people who know him best. His wife and children see whether his authority is real, and what they inherit from him is what the next generation will build on.

03

His church

A man who leads his church well will change his community. He doesn’t just attend and consume. He serves, strengthens, and multiplies the body from within, and the men around him follow his example. A church built by faithful men becomes a light that reaches far beyond its own walls.

04

His workplace & community

A man who leads his workplace well — with integrity, conviction, and Godly authority — will impact his employees, his customers, and his market in ways that advance the Kingdom far beyond what he can see. And a man who changes his community leaves a legacy that outlasts him by generations.

We are building those men.

The stakes

Leadership without a plumb line drifts.

A man who leads out of alignment — even with good intentions — passes that misalignment to his children, his congregation, and his community. The cost isn’t just personal. It’s generational.

The Plumb Line exists because the stakes are too high to lead without a standard.

Coming mid-2028

The Plumb Line launches mid-2028.

We’re taking the time to build The Plumb Line the right way — because the men who step into this are men who carry real influence over real people. They deserve a framework as serious about leadership as they are.

If you’re a man who feels the weight of your influence and wants to carry it well — this is being built for you.

The Plumb Line takes the man who has built his physical and mental foundation, grown spiritually into a disciple-maker, and activates him to take the Gospel into every aspect of his life.

01

The body & mind

The physical and mental foundation. A man who is strong and sharp shows up differently for everyone counting on him.

02

The spirit

The spiritual foundation. A man rooted in Christ grows into a disciple-maker who brings other men with him.

03

The Plumb Line
